  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into binding contracts.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

  • All prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All sales are final. Once submitted, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

  • We accept only the payment methods listed at checkout. Payment must clear before shipment.

  • In cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms, we may cancel an order at our discretion.

3. Product Availability & Accuracy

  • We strive to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them without liability.

  • Limited edition and collectible items are not guaranteed to remain in stock and may be subject to quantity limits per customer.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • Once an order leaves our facility and is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss, damage, or delay transfers to the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays, missed deadlines, or lost/stolen packages once tracking shows “delivered.”

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted, except in the rare case of incorrect or defective items (as determined by us, within 3 days of delivery notification).

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising from use of our website or products.

  • Our total liability, if any, will not exceed the purchase price you paid for the product at issue.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of Aloha Card Shop and may not be used without written consent.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Las Vegas, Nevada.

9. Changes

  • We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
