    • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order is placed.

  2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

    • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@alohacardshop.com.

    • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

    • At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or store credit.

  3. Non-Returnable Items

    • Collectibles, limited releases, and mystery packs.

    • Sale, clearance, or promotional items.

    • Opened, used, or repackaged products.

    • Gift cards and digital products.

  4. Shipping Issues

    • Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or theft caused by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

  5. Order Accuracy

    • Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before checkout.

    • We are not responsible for mis-entered addresses or unclaimed packages.
